Not a high grade in my opinion and has considerable wear on breast of eagle and hair has wear. Coin has been harshly cleaned which created such glare in photos that was hard to determine these factors and made it appear to be mint state. I might have over paid but was an auction and it does appear to be genuine and as such it is a hard coin to get so I am happy to add it to my collection. This is why I try always to buy graded coins not raw.
