Had cracks in 1st tank, as in picture... replacement tank sent which appeared fine... did all the work to discover a leak! After examing, small hairline crack at bottom inside tank corner that was weeping water... no resolution from them. Was told a partial refund from 2 CS representatives and then days went by. So I asked ebay to step in, having a non working toilet they reviewed and fully refunded me stating the seller was at fault

Negative feedback! Amazon has the same exact Faucet in black for cheaper. The faucet I received looks decent so I contacted the seller to see if he can price match but he did not entertain the matter much and sent me off to a goose chaise. Faucet just arrived yesterday so I'm not asking for a price match after an outrageous time. I don't appreciate this because I could've straight away returned it rather than giving them a chance to match the price.
