AWFUL!!!!! I reached out simply inquiring if there was a more affordable shipping cost since I'd just purchased a similar item for much less. I received no response so assumed not. I bid on, won and paid for the item for stated shipping. Buyer then notifies me he "dropped and broke" the stained glass window. I asked for a photo suggesting I might have a simple break repaired and again received no answer. I have bought on eBay for many years, working with amazing sellers. THIS ONE WAS THE WORST!!
