    Wonderful Information!

    This book is so well organized and thorough. There is a general overview of why fruit and vegetable juices are so vital to one's body and how much juice is necessary etc. It explains the uses and benefits of vegetable juices and other topics of importance for a healthy life. Included is an extensive list of ailments and the therapeutic juices which correspond to healing that ailment. There is a formula chart for how to make each juice listed and two separate charts listing the vitamin and mineral content of specific fruits and vegetables. It is all laid out simply and it is so informative. In the book he recommends gradually switching to an all raw food and juice diet but adds that even if you do not change your diet at all it is still extremely beneficial to add fresh, raw vegetable ...

    N. Walker really KNEW what he was talking about. He was his own guinney pig, proved his theory on himself and with the help of a MD or group of MDs was able to formulate juice therapy. I, personally, have noticed, back when I juiced daily, that my need for prescription glasses while driving went away. Wow! I haven't passed a driver's eye exam in over 15 years!!! - Well, I left the healthy way of living due to stress and convenience and have found myself seeking health. My other newer copies have all vanished, I needed another. I recommend this book to anyone seeking better health & or has a HARD TIME ASSIMILATING FOOD.
