But, contrary to the advertised description of 2 screens, only one video stream is output with the consequence that the nvr records both cameras as one. The app. also did not seperate the output. Also unimpressed that upon opening the box there was a note from the manufacturer thanking me for buying their 6MP (2 x 3MP) camera ...

I had the single-camera version and was working fine. the dual-camera version with package detection is so much better. be sure that you have a transformer that is rated 30-40 ma. By the way, Eufy was great working with me and helped me figure out the issue was the transformer. Recommend

Nice video & no monthly subscription
The video quality is quite good, and the motion detection goes off when somebody is approaching, but not when a leaf blows by (as was the case with my previous doorbell, from a heavily advertised DIY alarm supplier). With all video stored in my base station, I am saving $30/mo that I previously paid to have the video monitored and stored in the cloud. And it works easily with Alexa, who now announces visitors as they arrive. The video quality is quite good, and the motion detection goes off when somebody is approaching, but not when a leaf blows by (as was the case with my previous doorbell, from a heavily advertised DIY alarm supplier). With all video stored in my base station, I am saving $30/mo that I previously paid to have the video monitored and stored in the cloud. And it works easily with Alexa, who now announces visitors as they arrive.
