I contacted the seller he said that the package tore when he went to ship it and he would not refund because the bulbs inside were new. BS!! I would never buy light bulbs from an open or damaged package. He lied, it’s not new if packaging is torn apart, he was quick to respond but refused to give my money back or refund some since he lied about the condition. Now he has stopped responding.

A mounting piece was missing and there was another knock off part in the box, but it didn’t mount properly and is all chewed up. Seller was defensive stating several times that they don t accept returns even though they misrepresented the item. They eventually accepted a return after some back and forth, so I m updating my feedback to neutral since they took the item back.
