I'm giving a neutral evaluation. The left hinge on the door to the ice was broken. The ice scoop, nor scoop hanger was in the box with the product. Moreover the product was sold as open box, but it carried a new price. I bought 2 of these items back to back, because I have one at each end of my kitchen counter. The seller that I bought the other from, sold me a good product, and it was everything as described by the seller. Too much money for this item, but I will say that it works. How Long?
