    Great rods ,I have 4 of these now each for different applications. The jerkbait/crankbait rod is my favorite ...all are great felling rods . You can't buy better rods I've fished Falcon, Gloomis even Alstar's back in the day Dobyns Rods are top quality hands down.

    Superb balance with great feel.

    Great product!! Its just about as good as my Loomis NRX 852C JWR, which I have two of. And a Loomis NRX 853C JWR. One thing I like about FR 734C is it is 3 inches longer. It just makes pitching so much easier. I have the FR 733C also. You won't regret buying either one of these Dobyn's rods. You'll just love it. And you can't beat the price especially if you buy it from American Legacy Fishing. Sincerely, Jerry

    Great all-purpose rod.

    I love this rod. I picked it up mainly for buzzbaits, which is what it’s labeled for. I use 17lb copolymer and this rod sets the hook for you. It’s labeled heavy but it’s a little on the softer side which is great for reaction baits. It casts awkward shapes buzzbaits really far and really accurately. It’s balanced and it makes it easy to keep the blade just at the surface where you need it. The rod also works well soft plastics and spinnerbaits and chatterbaits. It can also handle small swimbaits like my Ioz Spro rat and Savage Gear Shine Glide.
