The knife came in blunted and I had to send it to Shun to get it sharpened. I asked the Seller to pay the shipping charges to send and receive my knife to/from Shun, (sharpening was free because Shun has amazing customer service), and they quickly agreed and even gave me a little more than it cost me to compensate for the shipping charges I had to pay the Seller. Very good customer service, and even though the knife didn't come in perfect shape, the Seller did all they could to make it right.
