Buyer beware. Listing specifically stated the the statue was ten inches long. When I received the statue it was barely over five inches long. Seller refused to refund or return and was very rude. Thankfully eBay stepped in and got me a refund. I would never buy from this seller again. Unbelievable.

I made a mistake in my listing and I apologize for that, but it looks to me as if this buyer wanted something for nothing folks, and perhaps even had buyers remorse. He threatened me to turn over the case to Ebay with a line that read, "we can do this one of two ways," in which he demanded the partial refund, etc; and my shop does not accept returns as part of my store policy. I was not rude to this buyer. I remained professional even when I wanted to tell him what I really thought about him.

SCAM!! First time I've ever left negative. Bought Shoes, paid $11.99 shipping. Seller only put $5.05 postage on package. Package arrived, postage due of $6.75. Contacted seller to ask for refund for postage due. Was told it was not their problem and they would not refund. So, you don't put enough postage on and it becomes MY problem. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

This was not my fault and this buyer knows it. As far as I am concerned, he can stuff those shoes where the sun doesn't shine. To leave me a bad review over what had happened is BS, I paid the postage to send these darn things out to him and if he didn't live at the a** end of nowhere, it wouldn't cost so much to ship them in the first place. The postal service made this mistake. This kind of thing infuriates me. I am reporting you to Ebay Dave.
