Ordered and paid on the 12th, didn't get in FedEx's hands until a week later on the 20th. Only had to go from Kentucky to Ohio, so should have been about 1 to 2 days shipping. Finally arrived on the 21st. Seat was advertised as being soft close, which it isn't. Wanted to return and buy another seat. Seller said they didn't accept returns and refunded $10 instead. Guess I'll buy some soft close hinges and modify it myself.
