My first sale on EBay. The Buyer submitted his negative review before he informed me the item was not brand new. I had tunnel vision on this item and never for a second considered the filter was not brand new, until I read his message and I contacted him first after I saw the review and immediately sent a full refund, eliminated the buyer’s responsibility to ship the item back to further fix my honest mistake as fast as I possibly could. The buyer did not give me chance to make it right.

Piece of Junk
I just finished repackaging the 6958. I saw it at Costco for $60 and thought this should meet my needs. After 2 - 3 hours of downloading a driver and completing a long firmware update it did not print two-sided, would not print color and the black and white print quality was poor. I've had four HP printers and they all were good - this one is a piece of junk and an embarrassment to the HP brand.I just finished repackaging the 6958. Worst Printer ever
I had a hp for 7 years then it went out and we had to get another one. We got this one from Costco and we had it for 3 years before it gave the printer jam error without paper in it.... The hp support wont talk to you unless you have a warranty... So I was like fine, I will just buy a warranty. Well we later found out that the warranty wont work unless you are a year out of buying the printer.... I really hate it, the worst part is the fact I'm a homeschooling mom and it had to break in the middle of the school year....!
