This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    Great IEM setup!

    This is my first venture into the world of IEM's and I was going to go with a cheaper unit. An audio engineer recommended that I just spend the extra money once on a unit that's pro quality, top shelf, and road worthy. I'm glad I took his advice. The sound is pristine! Being technologically challenged like I am, (Total luddite here) I needed help setting it up, but I'm reading the manual and I'm getting to understand it better. If you're looking for an IEM setup, I highly recommend you spend the extra money one time and have a unit that will take you wherever your career goes.
