This was not a sweater dress. It was brand new and seller stated that she copied word for word how it was advertised at a retail store, but she agreed with me that it was NOT a sweater dress. I probably should give her a negative rating because she did not refund the charges I paid for shipping, but I support anyone trying to make a living. I did not ask for 100% reimbursement, however, since she agree with me and to be fair, I think she should have refunded the $7.95 shipping charge!

Hi there: I just read your message and I'm so confused! Of course I agreed to reimburse your shipping charges and my request to ebay went in immediately. I will now double-check that it has been done and if I see that the shipping charges were not reversed I will be HAPPY to do so immediately. I agree with you that the manufacturer's description was not accurate.
