this is a verry good game. its way different than the main streem series, but its a clever little spin off that i did enjoy. i alredy had the game a while ago but my freind screwed up the one time only manafy event that allows your to unlock manafy on diamond/pearl/ possibly platinum, so i desided to get a new one so i can get the manafy event. the one thing that i really dont like but i do see an obvios reson for is that in the ranger ent you can only do the manafyu event once and your done and can never ever do it again on that game card, but i suppose if they let you do it as many times as you want it wouldnt be a legendary cause theyd be everyware and not rare art all. lol the story line and overall game experience is kinda dum now looking back but its alright for a one time only little kid game just to into duce them to video gameing(assuming they can read) i have seen some bad reveiws of people who think its a load of **** but thats just personal preference. i recomend before any purchase over $15, and i mean any, to do some research on it to make sure you really want it insted of just somethuing that youll be like thats cool and then only use once. more specificly for video games i tend to watch videos online of varios trailers and gameplay features to see if its any good. i personally hiley recommend this to anyone under 13-14 or to any one who wants to get manafy in thier diamond pearl or possibly and probaly platinum. :^)Read full review
The game gives a new take on Pokemon. unlike the traditional Pokemon games, you are a ranger and instead of capturing Pokemon, you use the styler to befriend a Pokemon, depending on how high your rank is, depends on how many Pokemon can accompany you. You use the different Pokemon to achieve different objectives. This game give a new spin on Pokemon and lets you experience Pokemon as a different type of character instead of a trainer. I have to say, the story is amusing and entertaining, but some times trying to "capturing" a Pokemon can be ridiculously frustrating. This game had a good concept, but it later Pokemon ranger games gave "life bars" to the Pokemon instead of trying to see how fast and frustrating to go from circling a Pokemon 14 times only to have it either not complete the last loop or have the Pokemon walk into the line. I think my biggest complaint was on the optional time coarse in the game. After "capturing" a Pokemon during the trial, the time still keeps going and even though you capture a Pokemon, sometime is sits there getting "beamed" up which waste time.Read full review
Shipping was really quick and the game started up nice and easy. I am loving the storyline so far and would recommend this game to any Pokemon fans like me.

Much to the delight of Pokémaniacs the world over, Nintendo and Game Freak have finally brought a proper Pokémon game to the Nintendo DS with Pokémon Diamond and Pearl, and it delivers much of what a fan would desire—a richer, more detailed presentation, the ability to battle and trade Pokémon over the Internet, and of course, more than 100 brand-new Pokémon to collect. Like any of the core Pokémon games released since the original Red and Blue hit in 1999, Diamond and Pearl offer some nice upgrades, but if you didn't like Pokémon then, you probably won't care for it now. That said, it's a little surprising how well the formula holds up in Diamond and Pearl, which is a testament to the strong fundamentals of the series as well as the quality of the execution.
The game came earlier than expected! Had a case and all, the cartridge was a little dirty but nothing that a little alcohol couldn’t deal with. It works perfectly, I am very happy with it
