I received the PSU in condition as described. The product was packaged very well.
Two issues:
1. The cable to the PSU was incorrect
2. The PSU had a pin stuck in the connector
When I mentioned the first issue, the seller immediately offered to ship a new cable free of charge.
When I discovered the second issue, the seller refunded, no questions asked, no return needed. The second issue is extremely hard to catch, I would describe further, but I’m at max characters.
Overall, good seller.
