I ordered the Mud Mixer for over $3,200 on 18th, on the 21st the delivery company notified me that the item would be returned to northerntool by 28th, because they don't deliver to Colorado or New York. The seller told me that they already sent me identical item on the 21st, but 11 days later they are telling me that the item will be returned to them and that they're wont re-send me what I purchased and to allow them 11 or more calendar days to see them process a refund. No apologies uttered.

The carrier itself is nice, very heavy duty. Looking forward to the first use. Somewhere from the warehouse to my porch, the box got beat up pretty good. Good enough that I immediately asked my daughter to help me inspect the actual carrier (I'm disabled). Hopefully no parts or hardware are missing when we assemble it.
