Yes I did. It was not even mailed out. I complained to them of biding and winning; and yet, they never even put it in the mail. All they said was that it was delayed. They never told me ahead of time, nor did they apologize and explain ahead of time of the time delay. I feel that they didn't follow through for that they did not like the low bid for which I won. Therefore, I suggest they didn't deliver for they wanted to sell and hope to get more money on the sale. I do not being used like this.
