    herdt Bluetooth apx rsm mic. Works but downside is when the accessory adapter is plugged in to radio, even in off status the adapter doesn't loop the audio back to the radio speaker thus no audio. So if you're not using the mic you'll have to unplug the adapter from radio regardless if it's off or you'll not get audio on radio speaker. Only downside with that. The other downside is the location of the power button of the adapter, as it easily is bumped and automatically keys the ptt on radio.

    Very nice for the price, but . . . .

    PRO: Seems to work fine. Good audio quality, transmission is clear to others. Easy to charge. Easy to install. CON: Is not always compatible with Motorola's bluetooth system, so the included bluetooth transmitter/dongle needs to be installed. If the microphone is turned off, the speaker in the radio DOES NOT come back on, so if the battery dies while working, you'll have no communication until you remove the dongle and reboot the radio.
