Lamp had a crack in the base. Seller lied about it in the listing. Contact them about resolving this before I left feedback. Got no where with them. I’m keeping the lamp total waste of time. Wish she would have pointed this out in condition of item in auction.

I made every attempt to resolve the issue with this buyer, however she flatly refused to answer my questions regarding the possible crack. She responded to my questions with threats of a negative review - which she followed through with. The lamp was not cracked when it left my shop. The images in the listing clearly showed a line in the glass which was a flaw and not a crack. The image the buyer sent me to show me the crack do not necessarily show a crack, but a flaw in the glass.
