Received the item fairly fast, the box did not have the instructions. NOTE: Make sure to get instructions before you get the box. There is manual instructions below ad, there is no link to download, which would be nice for the buyer. It’s easy to put together once you get how to start it. Seller responded very fast on a Sunday when I contacted regarding instructions missing.

Very good communication from the seller. Item was shipped promptly. I am concerned about the quality of the privacy fence panel. Very light and doesn't feel like it will last very long. But, was able to assemble myself and it's doing the job of hiding the AC unit for now.
