This item had a decanter and four different glasses. I’ve contacted them many times to ask to be sent a picture of what broke so I knew how much to refund them. They never did. Despite me reaching out multiple times and being more than happy to work with them, they decided to give negative feedback instead. I always want to make my customers happy with their purchase.
