Update: Die Wärmelampe wurde zwar mit Rädern announciert und bestellt, aber ohne Räder geliefert. Erst hat der Verkäufer einen 5 € Preisnachlass angeboten, was aber wegen der benötigten Räder nichts hilft. Nach einer umfangreichen Brieffreundschaft mit China wurden mir die fünf Rollen nachgeschickt. Diese passten auch und jetzt ist die Lampe leichter zu bewegen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verkäuferin Daisy war superfreundlich. Letztlich wurde also der anfängliche Fehler beseitigt.

Unsere Mitarbeiter haben die Beschreibung falsch geschrieben. Das Produkt selbst enthält keine Räder. Aber um unsere Fehler wiedergutzumachen, werden wir für unsere Kunden einen Satz Räder kaufen und für unseren Kunden neu auflegen. Der Käufer stimmt auch der Lösung zu.
