Oh Anakin not another Ship
Compared to some of the new ships that have come along since this is one of the easier builds to make. less pieces less complexity. Being that anakin/darth vader are central to the entire star wars line its easy to see why they have so many different variants and ships. definately a collectors item but factoring in that it comes with the vulture droid makes it a sought after MOC piece and highly playable for younger lego fans as well.Compared to some of the new ships that have come along since this is one of the easier builds to make. less pieces less complexity. This set is much better than I thought it would be.
(I didn't buy this, I bought an 8085 Freeco Speeder and the review page sent me here.) The Freeco Speeder was an impressive set. I didn't go in with high expectations. It was only from a one-off episode of The Clone Wars. Despite that, the build is interesting and I enjoyed the process of making it. The end result is nice and very swooshable. The Thi-Sen and subzero gear Anakin minifigures are awesome. The are eight stickers to apply; take that as you will.
