High regards to this seller. The item I purchased (electric blanket controller) only worked for one day and then died. Well, one never knows about a used item no longer in production but had been hoping for the best. When I messaged this to the seller I was promptly refunded the entire purchase price which included shipping. Hats off! Highly recommend this seller.

Good communication, fast ship and as described, maybe better. Listed as good but could of been very good. Took time in packaging and wrapped each book in a 10 volume set individually and packed tightly cushion to avoid books getting scuffed up as they so often due in shipping.
