I use poly bushings where ever possible on my classic cars and trucks so I know my kids wont have to replace them later in life when they get them. I used the "drill method" to get the original rubber bushings out after I unbolted trail arms and dropped them down while truck was on jack stands. Was a pain even with air hammer to get originals out, but once done the new poly bushings went right in using supplied lube and bolted right back together, about a half day job in the driveway. Highly recommended upgrade!
