This was listed as "open box", so I called the shop to ask for more details. Someone answered the phone right away, which was a great sign, and they told me it was a new guitar that had been returned. When I got the delivery, the outer shipping box was a little beat up, but everything else was basically brand new, tags on, plastic wrap still on the fretboard. I barely had to tune it and it was ready to play. I am very happy with this purchase and the seller.

This seller (proaudiostar) was fantastic across the board! The item was listed as "open box" so the price was a great deal, but I can't for the life of me tell where the box was opened. All of parts were factory sealed in plastic and zip-tied together on cardboard panels, just like brand new. The icing on the cake was that shipping was free and very fast. Based on my experience I just ordered another "open box" item from this seller with no hesitation whatsoever.

    LED provides low power, colors, and long life even though the tripod is far from best.

    So much better than the traditional big and heavy follow spots of the past. But the tripod is not as sturdy as one might like (we adapted a sturdy camera tripod instead). Clearly the low power, colors, and long life are selling points; but we were most interested in the warm white it provides as an alternative to cold white provided by similar units.

    Needs some improvements

    Poor design on the stand. You can’t just collapse the tube, you have to take it apart to transport it. The fan is too loud. It’s not balanced on the stand and there is no balance adjustment. For the price, it has room for improvement.
