All new Consuela Sling Purses come w/ a leather sling & item was described as “new…”. When delivered, strap was missing. Seller only offered $10 credit because the description didn’t mention it would be included and pictures didn’t show the leather sling strap. However, seller didn’t include a picture of the side where the sling is attached. When I asked for a $20 credit, seller didn’t respond back. It is my opinion that seller misrepresented the item and poor customer service.
