Purchased and did not upgrade shipping which meant that I could not get the Jacket cleaned in time. Asked to upgrade then and that's where Tim stepped up and made sure I got the jacket. He upgraded the shipping free of charge which tells me that customer service is top priority. The jacket arrived a couple days later and looks great. I may get it tailored but it fits really well as is and with a quick clean, I can wear it to ans upcoming event. The pics were also spot on!!
