The product arrived on time and was in better condition then the pictures lead to believe. The device is is in excellent unused and undamaged condition. Very honest seller. Had question about contents of package. Seller admitted it was a brand new unopened box and assumed cord was included but did not know about plug. Delivered promptly. Did not even have to visit or call Verizon to set up this phone. So easy. Researched this phone on Samsung website. European website offers this same price. But, when I went to order, they sent me to America. Disappointingly the prices started at $1299 plus for extra memory. So glad I found this seller.
