They are OEM taillights as far as I could tell and came in the OEM ford parts box. Not totally convinced they were new though- R and L tails came packaged slightly differently. One of them also had some slight scratches which are only visible at certain angles and in certain light. I didn't expect these to be perfect though and am overall happy with the price and product. 3 stars for communication, as I received almost none aside from shipping tracking #'s
