The photos posted in the listing were stock photos and the listing was marked as “new with box”, but upon arrival, the shoes were worn and dirty. I shared photos with the seller and asked if they can maybe provide a 10A% discount (like any major retailers would when there’s “damage” on items that they don’t have more in inventory of). And because they don’t have another pair to replace, a good customer service would be share a discount. They asked me to return it if I’m unhappy. I’m disappointed
