Customer purchased from us based on Number he was given by dealer. After receiving part realized They were given wrong Number By his dealer. After sending drawings and Photos to help this buyer find the correct Part He gives us negative mark because DEALER gave him wrong number . He says Poor Customer service ? I spent over an Hour trying to assist even If we didn't benefit ! All you were doing was playing heads games and then making claims how helpful you were. Truth is, wasn’t very helpful and not very good customer service.
