The item that they sold me was completely useless. The original company went out of business and the software company that picked up support to make the product work is now also out of business so it’s a $400 plus paperweight it’s absolutely useless. They knowingly sent me nothing sent me garbage for $444, this site is a total scam

Sir you said that the item is completley useless but according to dream labs and their website and I quote "App Enabled, Not Required 📱
Vector requires an app for setup, but after that, all interactions with Vector are done with eye contact and talking. He’s a live robot living in your house; no need to bring your phone between the two of you."
So It means all most most of the functions are avalible and working even without a app. Also I did not know that anki went bankrupt until now.
