Love it!!
I have thick curly (loose curls) hair and this works great!! It takes me 45 min to an hour when i use a flat iron plus i burn my fingers. This only takes about 20-25 min and my hair is straight and shiny! I’ve had lots of compliments!! Love love love this product!!

Appearance of the product is good. The problem is doesnt heat that much and it takes time.if ur in a hurry it wont work for you. Does not straight the hair. So hard the brizzle it will hurt ur scalp, there are times cut the hair. While using it u I always press thebuttonit shouldnt put in there, hair blow dry is better

I have very thick curly hair. It heated up very fast and it took a quarter of the time a flat iron takes me. My only peeve is the location of the controls on the handle. It makes it challenging to use without shutting it off or changing temp, but with more use I should overcome this issue.
