One of the finest quality herbal teas out there. These teas from YOGI really do what they claim. They work & they taste good.....a high wire act when dealing with some bitter herbs. I tried other YOGI teas before and they continue to be my favorite brand. The "stress relief" tea I am writing about here has a somewhat licorice taste. So GOOD ! Taste was good but read on
The benefits of this tea was flavor especially mixed with milk. It relaxed me more than chamomile and valerian but numerous trips to bathroom was not worth it. I don't know if it's the other ingredients or the actual kava. I would take it again not so close to bed maybe a few hours before instead of what people recommend the hour before. I also use skullcap to help calm down. Pros Good taste Relaxing Cons Bathroom trips 4-5 during nightThe benefits of this tea was flavor especially mixed with milk. i bought this tea for my husband about 3 years ago at a health food store because he could not sleep and was stress out. and it did good to him. i don't use it for myself because the taste is too strong for me.i recently sent my brother some to try for the same condition. hope it help him too.
