Item was/is on back order. Tried to get an ETA and just got the run around “6-8 days” over and over. Time is money and I feel mine was wasted. Shouldn’t be selling things that are on back order . Then to top it off you make it the manufacturers problem. You should stand by the people that make products you sell, and have better communication with them. I will spend more time and money with business that have a backbone.

Feels like they are hoping that you forget you placed the order until it was too late to take action. Real businesses do not operate in this way. Take care when placing an order.
