The adjustable strap is just a bit shorter for me at am 5' 11 so it's a little difficult (not impossible) to get the hanging posture to create that traction/tension when in use. Good quality and craftsma ship. I might end up adapting mine to a hook in my basement rafters so it's high enough to use as a taller person above 5'11".
