Said he’d give me $5 off another purchase but then raised the price $4 from the screenshot I took 3 hours before. Finally responded said it would ship in a week after my emails. The buyer admitted finally they never had the item and wanted to sub another item instead. I said No, I wanted the item I had paid for. The buyer finally decided to credit me without ever shipping the item. The buyer gave no explanation why he is selling items he does not have. Someone who tries selling items they don't have would be considered a scam.
