This game had my attention from the day I heard about it. Knights in the nightmares is the fourth episode in the Dept. Heaven saga by Sting but you don't need to know the stories of the other game to follow the storyline in fact the story is independent of the previous episodes. No matter how many RPG's you've played before in your life there certainly will be no game that compares to the Knights experience. In case you didn't know you take control of the WISP which can control and resurrect dead souls and use then in combat. The uniqueness of the game stems from the way you have to predominantly use the stylus and not the standard keys. This game is a fan for all lovers of RPG's and Arcade style gaming. However must warn you that the game does start on a difficult note and it is worth giving a lot of time to really develop your skills in this game. The tutorials are a drag but are definitely worth the read.Read full review
When I read and learned about this game, I decided to try out and found it to be one of the best games I ever bought. This game mixes the elements of strategy, RPG, and shooter games. You control a spirit known as the wisp, which has the ability to bring the souls of the dead into battle. The game is controlled nearly 95% with your stylus giving it a very interesting control. While you dodge your enemy attacks, you will also command your knights and control the elements in the battlefield to your favor. If you are a fan of RPG games, this is a game you should definitely check out. Outside the creativity, it also offers a lot of replay value. The music, graphics and story are incredible as well. Only cons about this game is how long it takes to learn to play it. Tutorials are a must, but they are worth the fun you'll have after your first missions.Read full review
This game is a true beauty. Unique story and gameplay combine to form a truly original gaming experience. If they ever remake this game for the switch, I would buy it again

First off let me say my product was packaged very nicely and it works great! Knights in the Nightmare is truly best experienced on the DS, its a odd mix between bullet hell and RPG that works very well together, and weaves a complicated story of its various characters keeping an air of mystery throughout. Its quite an experience

Pretty cool game. Not for people who want something that's accessible and easy to pick up, though.
