    Samsung Note 4 phone appears to be exactly as listed, "Brand New in Box" -- exactly what I wanted. The reason I say "appears to be" is that the box appears to have genuine Samsung seals on both ends, and appears to have never been opened after leaving the factory. Shortly after ordering, my original Note 4 began working perfectly, so this one will remained sealed in box until needed. Fast shipment and good communication. No problems or issues encountered, whatsoever. Excellent, A+++ eBayer!!

    Approx. 1 mo. after receiving supposed "Brand New in Box" Samsung Note 4 phone, I opened the "factory sealed" box, and determined that the phone was, in fact, NOT brand new, and submitted photos to seller that indicated such. Without admitting fault, seller offered to either replace purchased item with another NIB phone, or refund my purchase price. Not wanting to go through this "NIB" fiasco again, I chose the refund: seller paid return shipping, and eBay refunded the full purchase price.

    Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

    I have not had a mobile cellphone as this in the past. It took me sometime to familiarize myself with the changes different from my old phone. After sometime of hit and miss and Utube, I was able to become adept in using this phone. Now to the phone itself, great looking phone with large viewing screen. The phone is easy to hold in my hand, do to the slim width and weight distribution. The screen is vivid and can be change to your custom viewing pleasure. The interal storage is above average and is accessed quickly. I have not used the camera or video features too much, however what photos and videos I took are sharp and vivid colors. I am very pleased with this phone and it's features to this point.

    Not perfect, but I'd buy it again

    Camera is great, but doesn't always take a photo when I want. Finger print reader is hit and miss. You never know if it will work and rarely does it work the first time. Typing is good as expected. Memory and speed also good as expected. Size is of course large, but I've gotten used to it. No ear phone plug is a small disadvantage. Battery life is excellent. Screen protector that it comes with is not so great.

    Great product, but should have gone with S20 plus

    At this point, any Samsung S20 is a good value. I got the S20 Ultra and I must say I did not expect this phone to be this big and heavy. On retrospect, I probably should have gone with the S20 Plus, which goes for less money but offers pretty much everything this phone has without the extra weight and size; the main difference between the two, I think, it's the zoom camera in the Ultra, which I probably won't use as much. I'm still happy with the purchase and this is a great phone, even two years after it's release but at less than half it's original cost. Very sturdy, fast and with good storage (and the possibility to add much more with a micro SD card). Although not as fresh a battery as a new 2022 model, the battery on my phone still hold up the whole day.

    Great Phone, Crack Affects Photo Quality

    Love this phone. There is a crack in the glass covering the camera lenses (not on the lenses themselves). The product description mentioned this crack wouldn't affect picture quality, but it does. The upper-right hand corner of my photos have a hazy appearance, especially in natural light. Not ideal, but it's fine, I'm just going to replace the glass covering. It's like an $8 part. I work in social media so picture quality is important to me. Otherwise, the phone is great and acts like new. Very sleek and sharp screen.

    Sleek and comfortable to use.

    I just needed an upgrade with more space. It definitely has better reception than my Galaxy A03. Much better picture and screen clarity features. Takes some getting used to. But that's the same will all new things. It does what I need and then some. Not bad. A little bit more narrow, thinner and lighter than my previous phone.
