Throwback to non-political correctness
My wife and I watched this show back in the '90's, and loved it back then. Image quality is less than what we're used to with today's video, but that's the progression of technology. Still, very enjoyable.

Before Sopranos, before The Wire, there was 1st & Ten
Some might remember and alot more probably don't but this was the beginnings for HBO series. The show follows a profesional football team that is run by the ex wife that acquired the team in a divorce settlement. Alot of well known actors and almost every episode has the big name pros making appearances. It is a really good show once it gets going after the first few episodes. I had originally seen this when it aired on HBO years ago but never watched every episode, I didn't know it had so many seasons. I will definitely take a while to watch every episode but just fit a few in when you can and it's easy to pick back up when you get a chance to watch a few more. This series focuses on the Football players and their lives. Better still, how they conduct their lives on the playing field and as part of american society. Every episode will keep you laughing until your stomach aches. How many ways can an athlete get into trouble? Who knew! O.J. Simpson is part of this series and does very well in it. For those of you who hate Simpson, try to get past that hatred for a few hours of real enjoyment, because there is an abundance of talented actors involved in this show besides Simpson, and many guest appearances by celebrities.
