The first Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra I received would error out "bumper stuck" I call the sellers support team and they sent a return shipping label. I shipped the S7 back for a replacement. I then ended up on their ebay site and saw they had dropped the price from 999.00 to 799.00 I emailed their support and they honored the lower price and refunded the difference. The robot and the dock came in new without a single mark.
However, there were multiple glitches where it randomly deleted the map and got lost, then it stopped cleaning the dust container after the cycle and randomly avoided vacuuming a part of the room. I had multiple issues but seller refused to exchange the product. I ended up returning this item.
