It does get stuck in cables at times but as long as your space is free of cables on floor it works great. I couldn't find any cosmetic defects either and was in great condition out of the box. Started with Neato but those went downhill as the years went on and they couldn't go above the threshold between rooms. I also had cheap ones that were under $100. This one far exceeds any of those. The tech on this is top-notch and it handles the thresholds between rooms with no problem. If you have different floor types between rooms this is the vacuum for you! I like that you can see where the vacuum is on the app while it's cleaning.

It recognizes rugs and automatically lifts the mop pads up. I can set it up so it won’t empty the dust bin or dry the pads after certain hour. The price was too good to pass. I love the white color, it’s a well made vacuum. Obstacle avoidance works ok, it sometimes bumps into things but it’s not a problem. The only thing I regret is not buying it sooner.
