Item was described accurately and response and shipping was fast. However the listing stated it included a working bulb. The bulb was left in the light head and when the package arrived the bulb was busted. When the seller was notified, the response given was “Bummer. FedEx is very rough on packages.” They offered to look for another bulb but never did.
