However, my teeth have surprisingly become less sensitive. I followed the instruction to not immediately rinse right after and it seems to be making my teeth less sensitive. I gave one to a friend and she is also claiming her teeth feel less and less sensitive. So, kudos to a product that actually works, I guess!
