Does not transmit on 220-260 MHz band as advertised (RX only)! User manual was for a different radio and doesn't provide instructions for some features.Found a youtube video on how to program/use the radio. CHIRP software is compatable. Lots of features! Some firmware/software bugs. Antenna was folded in half in the box (basically broken). I had to wrap it in electrical tape to straighten it. In general the radio is good and I'm glad I bought it because of the price v. feature ratio.
