Sellers listed item as new but item didn’t arrive in original packaging, it arrived wrapped in a target plastic bag and wrapped again by a walmart bag. Don’t sound new to me and item description did not say item did not having original packaging or being opened box. Not only that after 3 days of purchasing item no communication from seller’s, I had to reach out and guess what sellers excuse was? He was sick. See a trend here? What you read in negative reviews of seller are 100% accurate.

The items were shipped quickly and packaged well. The only problem was that one of the photo albums fell apart while being shipped. I contacted the seller and asked for a partial refund as I won’t be able to fix it but I wanted to keep the second album. The seller got right back with me and gave me a partial refund that same day. So even though I only got 1 album, I still think this was a positive experience and I would purchase items from them again!
