Sold me a defective head unit . I get stuff happens but the negative comment now is because for over a week of trying to get areturn address and pre paid shipping label has been a joke . They want my audio guy to repair their defective unit. They refuse to send address and shipping label for a refund . Now ill be going through ebay for help . This company also sent the unit with ZERO INSTRUCTIONS, ZERO DIRECTIONS , NOTHING. THEY ARE A JOKE. STAY AWAY . ALSO ORDERED IN SILVER . I got black. SMH
