The customer service is top tier the communication is amazing I received a fan that was malfunction the lights came on and the blades acted like they wanted to spin but they would not contacted them and was informed not to worry 4 days later a replacement fan arrived electrician installed the new fan and is beautiful and working great I’ll be ordering another one
